Owner and PPR Certified Pro Instructor for Pickleball Organized
Welcome to our website! We hope you find something here that will inspire you to get involved in pickleball.
Krishna Raichura is the founder of Pickleball Organized, a company dedicated to making pickleball accessible, well-structured, and community-driven. Before pickleball, Krishna built a 20+ year career in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), working for leading environmental engineering firms such as Parsons Engineering, AECOM, and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants. An entrepreneur at heart, she never imagined her love of sports would evolve into a business — but pickleball has made that dream a reality.
A lifelong athlete, Krishna grew up competing in table tennis and went on to play high-level competitive tennis through USTA leagues, while also playing varsity softball. When she discovered pickleball in 2020, she quickly advanced to the 5.0 tournament level, earning medals in numerous events. In 2022, she became one of the first PPR-certified pro instructors in Marin and has been teaching ever since, with a coaching style that emphasizes fundamentals, efficient movement, and injury prevention.
Through Pickleball Organized, Krishna has grown programs across Marin County and the East Bay — starting with Novato Parks & Recreation and expanding into Sausalito, Ross, San Anselmo, Fairfax, and Piedmont. She has also developed creative collaborations, including Wine & Pickleball Experiences with Anaba Wines (featured on the cover of Pickleball Magazine), branded collections with d.hudson golf wear and Made in Marin, and community partnerships such as Rotary presentations and Marin school fundraisers.
When she’s not organizing leagues, clinics, and events, Krishna enjoys time with her two rescue pups, Milli and Zola. For her, pickleball is more than a sport — it’s a community, a source of joy, and a way of life.
Pickleball is a special sport like no other. It brings people from all walks of life, young and old, together. It sparks happiness, joy, and laughter — an energy that’s simply addictive. Come on out, join in on the fun, and Let’s Dink Together!

Instructor for Pickleball Organized
Christy’s love for pickleball is undeniable - and contagious. What began as a chance introduction to the sport in early 2020 quickly turned into a true passion, both for the game itself and the vibrant community that surrounds it.
From the very beginning, Christy immersed herself in the local pickleball scene and has been an active and familiar presence ever since. You may have seen her on the courts in Sausalito, Larkspur, Mill Valley, San Rafael, or Novato - or competing in MLP-style tournaments at Flyte. Along the way, she has played with a wide range of players and has helped introduce many newcomers to the sport.
Christy understands why pickleball continues to be the fastest-growing sport in America. Its accessibility makes it easy to learn, while its depth and strategy keep players engaged as they improve. As a trained coach through Pickleball Coaching International, Christy brings a high-energy, supportive approach to instruction, creating a fun and encouraging environment where players can thrive.
Deeply connected within the local pickleball community, Christy finds great joy in sharing the game with others. Pickleball has become a central part of her life - so much so that she, her husband, and their friends often plan trips around destinations that are known for their open play pickleball courts.
Though always athletic, Christy spent years without playing a sport before rediscovering her competitive spirit later in life as an indoor cycling instructor at Pelo Fitness in San Rafael. That experience reignited her passion for movement, fitness, and play - ultimately leading her to pickleball.
Today, Christy embraces her role as a competitive senior athlete, blending determination with a genuine sense of fun. She brings both skill and positivity to the court and looks forward to sharing the joy of pickleball with you.
